Please don't be mad at us?
This past Friday we received an email from what we hope is a future customer that seemed a bit upset at us for 'taking too long' with our beta. Foremost, we want you guys to know we're on the same team. We feel strongly that the travel industry would benefit from some of the solutions we will be providing so that being said...we ask for your patience as we're working very hard with the resources we have.
Although, you might not see some of the things we're working on please be aware that we are still moving forward. For example, our customer management system is being worked on in which some of you have had the opportunity to test. Also, we're talking with hotel partners constantly to see which ones will work best for our customers. So again, we appreciate the positive and negative feedback but again we ask for your patience as we're all working towards the same goal...offering some user-friendly payment options within the travel industry.
